When will I receive my order?

The indicative deadlines are available on the table of zones available HERE.

We would like to inform our customers that for deliveries outside the EU, customs delays (for which neither Jovoy nor the carrier can be held responsible. The validation of your order is valid for acceptance) may be added.

Orders are generally processed within 1 business day, but circumstances and charges may vary, we cannot be held responsible for delays related to unforeseen events of any kind. We are very attached to offering the best quality of service to our esteemed customers and will do everything we possibly can to maintain these preparation times.

Good to know: Our warehouse in France is open from Monday to Friday. In the current state of affairs there is no preparation or departure of packages on Saturday and Sunday as well as holidays.
