Special requests for free samples
Jovoy offers many gifts and samples. Once your purchases are complete, depending on your loyalty status (insider, enthusiast or ambassador) and the amount of your purchases of the day, you have the choice to select the gifts and samples you want from a given list.
However, for logistical and organizational reasons, we are not able to respond to specific requests made by email, phone or order comments. If you want to receive a specific sample, you will have to order it from the website. If this sample is not available, we will not be able to send it to you.
