I have not received my birthday code

Birthday codes are sent the day of your birthday and will only be sent to people who have updated their birthday date in their personal space and have made at least one purchase before their birthday.

Please check that you are logged in to your customer account when using your birthday code, otherwise it will not work.

This code is valid for 1 month from the birthday date.
