How do I track the delivery status of my order?

I can follow the status of my order by logging into my customer account under "My orders".


The tracking number and the carrier are indicated. You will also receive an email and/or an automatic SMS from the carrier with a link that shows the status of the delivery.


Please check your spam folder to make sure that the tracking email is not there.
