How do I return or exchange a product in store?
Jovoy Paris does not issue refunds.
Exchanges are possible upon presentation of the receipt, in the original packaging in perfect and intact condition, within 30 days after purchase.
Exchanges without a receipt will only be accepted for customers with an account that has a verifiable purchase history.
