How do I return a product?
Return shipping costs will be covered by PARFETIQUE SARL only in the case of defective products. If the return is solely due to a change of mind by the customer, the shipping costs will be their responsibility.
Attention : Returns are only possible by Colissimo. Orders received via DHL cannot be returned. We do not take back the TRY ME either.
In the event of a purchase with an exclusive offer, the gift received must also be returned as it is conditional on the purchase of the said product.
You can return the product within 14 days (about 2 weeks) to the following address:

The products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition, unused and in cellophane.
The company PARFETIQUE SARL undertakes to refund the Consumer, on the bank account debited when ordering, within a maximum period of thirty (30) days from the date on which the right of withdrawal has been exercised, subject to compliance with the conditions below mentioned above.
