Can we buy samples?

As an ${color}[#ff0000](official retailer), Jovoy offers samples for sale. They are available on the product sheets under the label TRY ME.

Each sample contains at least 0.7ml and is either provided by the brand or made by us using only the perfume allocated by the brand for this purpose.

|| We have permission from the brands and are entitled to sell samples even if they say, “NOT FOR SALE” - “Cannot be sold.”

Which countries are open for delivery?

What are the rewards of the My Jovoy loyalty program?

Accepted Answer

Each amount spent earns you 1 point (excluding delivery charges and any discounts).

The first amount spent defines your starting level:

Initié (from 1 to 500 points)
Passionné (from 501 to 2000 points)
Ambassadeur (over 2000 points)

You can move up to the next level and unlock exclusive new benefits by collecting points.

|| Each level gives you vouchers valid for 3 months upon receipt of the code.

You will also receive a birthday code with a discount on your birthday, provided you have entered your birthday date in your customer area.

|| This birthday discount is valid for 1 month from the day of your birthday.

What are the payment methods of the site?

You can pay for your purchases online through different payment methods, such as:

Alma (payment in instalments without fee) only in the following countries: France, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria and Ireland

||| In-store, Alma is available only for amounts between €50 and €2000.

|| For reasons of risk management and to prevent non-payment and fraud, ALMA prohibits payment by prepaid cards (Nickel, Correos, MoneyToPay, Spark, etc.).

Additional payment methods are also available depending on the country of purchase, such as:

I have not received my birthday code

Accepted Answer

Birthday codes are sent **the day of your birthday **and will only be sent to people who have updated their birthday date in their personal space and have made at least one purchase before their birthday.

Please check that you are logged in to your customer account when using your birthday code, otherwise it will not work.

||| This code is valid for 1 month from the birthday date.
